    By the way, it has to be intentional to be fraud, if they are disclosing it with earnings, it suggests it is not "fraud"

    Secondly, people are crying about 1.9 million users out of 200+ million monthly daily active users, which is less than 1%.

    Definitely wasn't people connected to Elon giving him information (and definitely not the former CEO) that would sink any attempt by the board to find "more value" than his bid
