I'll take Greg Dulchich or Jelani Woods in the 4th. Or James Mitchell in the 6th. Darn! Cowboys get one of the remaining good rushers in Williams. grrr!
One 4th I believe was ours and the other was from the Philly trade. One of the deshaun 4ths comes in 2024
That's quite the hot take. They've solidified the O line, helped fix the secondary, and given him another WR target. RB's simply don't have enough value to waste a top pick on. They don't last long enough and the difference between a 2nd round RB and a 4th round RB isn't significant enough.
Would be crazy to see Willis and Ridder fall to round 3. I'd almost be willing to take Ridder in the third lol.
1) The difference in rb value in the draft varies every year. You could wait as they did for wr in this draft. There's no similar comparison at rb. There just isn't the talent pool this year. 2) Relying on rookies isn't a guarantee. 3) The wr you bring up may miss the beginning of the season If defenses can take a guy out of the box a d put in the secondary it makes things harder for our wrs, qb, and line because Mills will need more time. They need balance or you will see a lot of 3 and outs which will kill our defense. Also, rookie rb who can block are hard to find...
Amazing foresight/fortune to draft Mills last year, which plenty were against. Imagine needing a QB this year.
What do people think of JT Woods, safety out of baylor? Not sure if it helps but i wonder if playing together with Petrie would add value... Thinking if he's there for 4th...
