    Just make it a 4 year suspension (reduceable to 2 years on appeal).

    It was but it's a very convoluted situation as far as consent. Both Bauer and the woman consented to rough sex but Bauer and the woman had two different definitions for rough sex, she was thinking butt stuff he was thinking masochism. I don't fully agree with the suspension but I'm assuming because of the injuries sustained by the woman is why they came down on him so hard. I expect the players association to appeal and the suspension be reduced to probably half a season
