    Worst pick Texans could make.

What a buzzkill with Green. Could have traded back mote to aquire him. The Colts had the last guard that was taken that high or so

Kenyon Green is a good pick. Hate we missed Hamilton, but Green can bring it. Should start for a long time.

Would’ve much rather have Davis or Hamilton alone.

I gotta assume they didn't have hamilton on their board if willing to trade down even a couple of spots. Safety's a luxury position but G at this point is as well.

I don't mind it but I'm definitely more of a wait and see...that's one of those spots where a GM is either going to look like a genius or an idiot though.

If he turns out to be really, really good, nobody will care where he was drafted.

    It's on him now.

Maybe they’ll use those Philly picks to trade back up

Trade back up for Linderbaum and then you've got a 90's Dallas OL...?

    Just saying.

Several websites had Green ahead of Linderbaum, and if he's ultimately the best interior o-linemen in the draft, I can understand the justification. But this definitely screams drafting need or BPA. Ultimately I'll reserve judgment until we see them play—if the Texans are better at running the ball this year and Green is a big part of that, I'll ultimately be OK with this.

Houston pro teams have a long, long history of horrible drafts.

Isn’t it Lovie smith MO to want to play defense and run the ball?
