Watched episode 5 last night and decided if I didn't enjoy it, I was going to give up on the series. Luckily I really enjoyed it. Best episode yet.

Still very flawed, but they're finally playing basketball.

Wasn't really prevalent in the early 80s.......was just getting started as a disease.

I agree with this but non of those guys are still living or had their reputations on line like in this show, and its being billed as being based on historical accuracy, so a lot of people will think this is mostly realistic.

Wolf of Wallstreet was based on the book written from the guy from what I can tell this is not even accurate to the book it supposed to be based on.

Not at all the same thing as those other shows.

it's like Amadeus or The Great. No one believe the characters were like that in real life, it just makes for a fun story.

Poor Jeanie Buss. If Dr. Buss was half the horn dog, what an example of a male role model lol

Dennis Quaid is said to have seen West lose it on the golf court the way he does in the show. Anyone actually think West would rob teams in broad daylight if he had a different personality? The way he's being portayed makes me like him. No one likes their dirty laundry airing and that's ehy they're taking offense to it. Next, Larry Bird is going to come out and say he wasn't the way he is depicted.

I’m not a fan of Jack McKinney (RIP) as he’s being portrayed. **** him.

This show gives me the vibe of an 80s bball version of Any Given Sunday.

Slick cuts...emotionally charged but memorable characters...and the feeling that despite it all, you know they'll win it at the end

I don't really care about historical accuracy because the show is enjoyable, I wouldn't be surprised if there were some small kernels of truth in the portrayals.....

The show has been pretty great on casting but sort of missed the mark with Dr J IMO....
