I bet I can list all the things you were upset about:

    1. noon astrodome playoff starts
    2. Multiple off days in between playoff games to allow Kevin Brown to come back on 3 days rest
    3. Made to keep roof open during cold World Series.
    4. After hurricane ike, Astros forced to play a pivotal series against the cubs at a “neutral” site… freakin Milwaukee.
    5. Astros forced to move to AL as part of a condition of a sale to fix the league imbalance… one that was created in part because Selig moved Milwaukee from the AL to the NL prior to inter league play being a thing, and the leagues couldn’t have uneven numbers.

they’re really not conspiracy theories… and in the grand scheme of things, the Astros have come out on top for the better.

Finally the Astros fanbase can get a little payback for the way they've been treated like the Astros were the only ones cheating, they just happened to cheat better than the rest.

When it comes out it’ll probably be more like meh. I mean I’d like it to be a small bombshell but I suspect it will reiterate more of the same that we already know, Apple watches blah blah and you KNOW it’ll be dropped on a Friday afternoon. The media will bury it unless it’s wholly significant.

I agree the media will bury it … which is why I wonder if we see it late tonight (Friday) or tomorrow night. 7 days would be Wednesday and I doubt they want it dropped on a weekday.

Seriously, fans hoping for some huge vindicating bombshell. This gonna be nothing, at most a little more of the casual cheating we already knew about and was accepted around the league (for whatever reason)

I will go on record and predict this will be just like all the pre Y2K hysteria. Much ado about nothing.

It's going to be so vague and heavily redacted that Yankee nation will be using it as exculpatory evidence.

The Yankees and Red Sox are already convicted abusers of sign stealing technology and nobody cares at all.

It’s interesting that the Yankees wanted to keep this info out of the public eye but I don’t expect anything groundbreaking out of it.

So what you and others are telling me is I will have even less use for Yankee fans after the letter is opened?
