alpi gota shoot that... he dont need to hesitate... just take the open 3 alpi... he cant be special without a reliable jumper... see how draymond not being a shooter dont bother gsw spacing a bit TAKE THAT FOR DATA SCRUBS
That's because Draymond ain't the best player on that team. Super important sure but when you have Splash Bro, Poole and All Star Wigs and while being an All NBA defender, his passing skills help mitigates his lone deficiency which is shooting. He also does shoot the 3 ball at 30% clip. Not great but he does enough (and have done enough in his career) to make you still need to respect it
Not really - if you actually watched the games and followed the Rockets this season it was not that difficult to explain why he sat earlier in the season (fouls, fatigue, Wood, etc). I know that you actually did watch the games and commented in the threads so I don't understand who you're trying to impress by pretending like you don't know - but color me very impressed!
You act like Sengun fouled out of every game he played. You act like Silas was not questioned by media every game that Sengun did not play over 20 mins, especially those games he played well or was not in foul trouble. You act like even Silas players were not publically jockeying for Sengun to get more touches or play him WITH Wood. You act like Sengun was not high IQ, high effort or ultra efficient in his minutes thus dictating a longer leash. You act like you know your shyte. Color me impressed - as in not at all.
No, I'm acting like you deserve to be treated in good faith - rather than as a clown who's just making stuff up, one of an unending series of Evan Mobelords trolling the Jalen Green threads, or a guy who thought Malick Badiane could be: My mistake.
LOL You had to go way back for that one. Bet you I don't have to go as far back to find one of your sh!tbirds. You are quite the drama queen.
As we established earlier this year - you don't actually watch the games, so it's not like I'm hurting for more recent examples.
IMO the next big step in development for Al-P is to aim for 33% from long distance OR 50% from midrange.
Of the people that shot at least 160 mid-range shots last year (assuming they played 82 games, that's about 2 per game), only about 5 players shot 50%. Amazing, but true.
Now you'd be up to about 21 players. If you believe basketball-reference, it looks like he may have been something like a low-to-mid 40's mid-range guy percentage-wise for most of his career.
I’m an Al-P fan, but is this clip really the one you want to hang your hat on? Draymond’s man is constantly sagging way off at the basket and the play results in a double-team midrange miss because Green’s man was standing at the basket and cut off Steph’s approach. Green was a negative on offense despite the pretty passing. But he makes his living on defense, so that is fine. On offense his role is to move the ball along quickly to one of GSW’s all time great shooters, which he does well. Sengun is a very unique and fun player, but unless he can play better defense or shoot acceptably well, he cannot be a star. I think he will learn the latter over time, and his hustle might be enough to make up for the former … but only if the Rockets get a long rim protector to play next to him.
lol thats exactly what the dumbalytics movent is doing if they knew any math they wouldnt be spewing nonsense all the time
just a light reminder that CP3 shot 31% from 3 on the season TAKE THAT FOR DATA 3pt worshippers oh btw dont you forget hes also small for his position and not athletic and hes also old keep blabbering about necessity to be athletic, shooting respecting 3pt % in order to be able to play in nba, and other modern nba myths and notify me when you decide to turn your brains on
