    Is a shame he had to deal with Matt Bullard all those years after Calvin Murphy. I couldn't enjoy our local broadcast because of Matt Bullard.

    I remember a VHS I had and i taped the Beastmaster on (this was late 80s). It also had whatever Rockets game was afterwards ( this was channel 20). I remember watching that game repeatedly just because he was so enthusiastic. Y'all know I prefer Gene and Jim on the radio, but Bill was a legend in his own right.

    Him and Calvin Murphy used yo be my favorite announcers. Back in the days of 20 vision and HTS sports Calvin and Bill were the best
