Maybe Orlando's GM showed FRANCIS the new DIVISION last nite and say "YOU CAN BE DIVISION WINNERS NEXT YR"

Southeast Division: Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Bobcats, Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, Washington Wizards

    Francis/Mobley/Howard/Cato/Hill

HOLY CRAP I didn't realize that division was that bad! Outside of Miami there isn't a good team in that division! That Orlando team with Francis shouldn't have any problem making a serious run at a division title and making the postseason!

Definitely. The kid needs to think before he talks. T-mac is going to be gone and Francis will most likely be the new PG. Not a good way to greet someone who is going to feed him the ball.

Steve Francis is a very emotional person. The fact that he speaks before thinking operating only on feelings is what sometimes makes him a great basketball player.
I imagine he's reconsidering joining the Magic bc of the division he'll be playing in. Magic if they trade with us will easily make the playoffs.
Before yao we were always a short breath from the eighth playoff spot in the western conference. Thankfully Steve is actually thinking about it. And it's not a bad idea.
Indiana is supposedly offering "better players" than us as Larry bird put it. But take into consideration they are playing in a weaker conference. Sure they may of won the most games this year ,but lets face it most of the top western conference teams suffered injuries at one point in the season.
Mobley and Francis could easily score 20ppg each if they had free reign. Could we say that for Jonathan Bender? or Fred Jones?
They offered Artest/Bender/Jones which is laughable when compared to our deal.
    So Mr Bird is dreaming.
Let's not fail to mention were supposedly giving up Cato in the deal, who is a starting Center in the East and especially in the newly constructed division the Magic are in. I honestly think Cato is a vital part to the Magic actually pulling the trigger.
So I wouldn't worry about IND.

T-mac doesn't want to wait for a No.1 pick to develop that's the reason why he wants to leave Orlando. I think he has picked already.

"You can either follow God and JC or go with the pagan, T-mac"

i'd rather go with the guy who just wants to ball.
