    Exactly. Advanced analytics are meant to supplement the other stuff in player evaluation not be the end all be all. Case in point, judging rookies on terrible teams based on advanced metrics when so many of them are heavily influenced by team success. They've gone way too far with the metrics.

    Yeah Bill Simmons is, "Hate all things Houston" and both Bill and Tommy Heinsohn
    are two of the biggest Homers the league has ever seen.

    Only Walt Frazier gives Heinsohn competition as biggest broadcasting Homers

    Those were championship caliber rosters. Lost due to a variety of circumstances, but primarily key injuries.

    Now has Tilman Fertitta ever actually built even a playoff contending roster? No.
