I refuse to participate. I’m not putting any of these vibes into the universe. I’ll cross that road when we don’t come to it.

I think the main reason he’s outside of most people’s top 5 is because he didn’t play at Kentucky this year, but considering he was the top guard for the 2023 Draft until he reclassified that should be enough reason to at least view him as an option just based of his potential as a player

I was going to say watch it get rigged and the no. 1 pick going to the Lakers...then I saw that they traded their pick to the Pelicans.

    HAHAHAHA

Doesnt make any sense to me to draft a guy you havent seen play top 5. Top 10 maybe you can justify it but def not top 5 esp since Sharpe is just a 6'5 guard he could be the next Dion Waiters as far as anyone knows.

Keegan Murray is only 6'8 he is prob too short to play PF at an elite level. I'd rsther have Mathurin who is 6'7 and plays at the perimeter full time. 6'8 is short for pfs but 6'7 is decent for an sf. He is also only 19 vs Murray who is 20.

Since there is so much response for Shaedon, I added him to the poll.

I was thinking the same way, but I have heard that Mathurin is way shorter than 6'7". I do like his upside more than the safer Murray.

If we can't get one of the Holmgren/Banchero/Smith trio in this draft I wouldn't mind one bit if we used our pick on a two-way small forward. If what we saw in the last month of the season holds true for next season--Porter and Green can shoulder most of the scoring burden--it'd be nice to have a swiss army knife at the 3 spot to have a more balanced roster.

All good my friend, I just hated Keegan Murray defense on his last game, as I hated Banchero´s. If you are defending like that at the most important game of your life, I don't want you close to my Houston Rockets.

I like Murray 's height, size and length. We do need a 3 who doesn't demand many shots, but he should be a good passer and defender with a solid 3 ball shot. Is Murray that player, I don't know.

AJ Griffin is ideal for a 3&D role player but his knees scare me. So young but already showing possibly knee issues. I would think because of his injury history he would drop and you wouldn't need to trade up for him. Might steal him later in the draft actually.

In summary, you don't suffer through a 2nd tank year to trade up for a guy who shows signs of problematic knees.

Rebounders who can score with very low usage rates is what we need if we're all in with our superstar guards. If we slide to 5th, I'd try to trade down and snag Duren at 8,9,10 and maybe pick up a future late 1st or a high 2nd this year.
