    That the ceasefire agreement was put in under Trump. Trump didn't have a damn thing to do with it. Did it occur during his Presidency? Yes. This is like saying "Hurricane Harvey which happened under Trump..."

    There's a difference but Kadyrov's thugs are just his personal militia and as a the leader of Chechnya, his troops are an extension of Russia's. His troops are there because Russia asked him to send them. These are functionally Chechen government forces and as a part of Russia, Russia is responsible for their actions in the same way that it is responsible for the Russian army's conduct.

    Also these crimes are why Kadyrov's soldiers are in Ukraine. They're known throughout the region for being horrible war criminals. They do this today to maintain control of Chechnya and Putin knew that sending them to Ukraine would result in this.
