Yes and I've long said this is one of the many problems with our education system.

This is scary stuff from a Feb article, especially considering we have current members of the GOP speaking at Nick Fuentes' White Nationalist rallies, siding with Russia, and standing with Putin.

White nationalist. Nicholas Fuentes has made no secret of where his loyalties lie in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

“I wish Putin was president of America,” he mused to his 45,000 subscribers on Telegram on Wednesday morning.

Fifteen hours later, Russian forces invaded Ukraine. And Fuentes, who’s hosting a far-right conference in Florida Friday night, was psyched.

“I am totally rooting for Russia,” he wrote the following morning. “This is the coolest thing to happen since 1/6.”

“UKRAINE WILL BE DESTROYED", added Fuentes, who describes himself as a “Christian nationalist,” someone who thinks the U.S. is a fundamentally Christian nation. “I never doubted you [Putin], my Czar."

“Putin’s military gets Ukraine,” wrote Arizona state Sen. Wendy Rogers, who is speaking at AFPAC, on her Telegram channel. “Our military gets trannies and face masks.”

Proud Boy-linked podcast “Murder the Media” shared a meme to its Telegram channel Thursday that showed a Russian tank above a photoshopped image of a U.S. tank painted purple and emblazoned with the nonbinary pronouns “they/them” on its side.

One day before Russia invaded Ukraine, former Trump advisor Steve Bannon and Blackwater founder Erik Prince celebrated Putin for his anti-LGBTQ policies on a podcast.

Has anyone taken a peak at the prices for Russian mail order brides lately? You can get a deal. The market is reeling.

I haven't followed Russian politics that closely but it seems like his heyday was more than 20 years ago. Not sure how much relevance he has had recently.

The LDPR is neither liberal nor democratic. They're a far right Russian ultra-nationalist party that votes with Putin 95% of the time. They're one of a number of tolerated "opposition" parties that don't oppose anything of note.

Let's declare the Koch's Oligarths and confiscate their stuff.

They have been terrible for the world for 30 years or more.

popular.info does not seem to share the email text they are quoting from, probably to allow them to quote selectively which hurts the credibility of the whole article. From what they do describe of the argument, it's not a strategy I'd endorse and I'm glad our Admin isn't going that way. But even if it is a self-interested Koch play, that doesn't make it evil, naive, or disingenuous either. Isn't it sufficient to disagree?
