i never viewed that as the warriors cheating, just like i never blame players or teams for playing dirty or flopping or ANYTHING. I ALWAYS blame the league, the players SHOULD do whatever they can to win. If draymond knows he can hit dwight in the head from behind and get a tech on dwight when he retaliates, it's a smart move for draymond. If the nba decided to treat the rockets vs warriors games as real fair games, he couldn't do stuff like that, but it's on the league to do it.
