I think Banchero, Ivey, Keegan and Griffin are in the mix.

If it is not a Top 2 pick.

This is going to be Cat, Franchise , and Yao all over again. Play together for two seasons and then trade Green and KPJ for a superstar:p

    DeRozan and Bosh 2.0

Advanced experience DeRozan with young legs and a three point focus and Bosh with US access to NBA League Pass.

Get Jabari and you have 2 franchise type players. Fingers crossed they win the lottery.

from what i've seen he doesn't have the fluidity or foot speed of KD. he reminds me more of a taller upgraded version of wally szczerbiak

Lets stop using KD as some comp for either Chet or Jabari - PLEASE! Neither one of them come close to what KD was in college therefore IMO will not come close to what KD is as professional.

Hot take: KD might be the most talented player in NBA history.

It's okay if whoever we draft isn't as good.

Man he was so good at UT.

If Chet is even 60% of him we should take him.

I dont think Chet is 30% of what KD is - still draft him?

As someone who isnt watching college ball - isn‘t Jabari a lot closer to Durant than Chet? Jabari looks a lot more like a natural scorer, fluid, quick for his size, great shot and the desire to carry the team on his back. Chet is nimble for his size - but he is nowhere near as athletic as Durant was. And he isn‘t this complete scorer. He is a 3pt shooter and close to the basket scorer. It will be a lot tougher for him to score close to the basket in the NBA.

Chet could be a generational player on defense with an unblockable 3pter and plenty of put backs and easy baskets. I don‘t think he is the one you pass the ball to, when the game is on the line, to create a shot. Jabari seems to be that player - just with „only“ good defense and „normal“ size, wingspan and athleticism.

If I had the pick, I would choose Jabari. If he were gone, I‘d go with Chet above Paolo or Ivey…

You didn’t watch Durant play in college and it shows. Jabari is hardly a future KD.

Chet is a better athlete than KD.
    KD is more skilled.

KD is actually a very average athlete

He doesn’t have anywhere near the lateral movement that KD has, nor the quickness. KD can go coast to coast in 5 second.

Illusions. KD isn’t a good athlete.
Chet will have better times than KD.
Chet is extremely mobile, including laterally.

KD is very fluid and coordinated, with super quick feet specially for his height. But his 3/4 sprint times are poor.
