    The nba lottery system was set up to prevent tanking, don't think there can be a good enough system to prevent tanking in the Nba. 1 player can completely change your franchise

    To be fair there is no advantage between having the worst record and the 3rd worst record. This team can win a lot of our remaining games and still have a top 3 worst record.

    It makes no difference in terms of the odds of getting the top 4 picks. But if none of the top 3 teams gets in the top 4, the order of the records will make a difference.

    There is a difference on tankathon it is saying who ever has the worst record you will not pick no lower than the 5th pick....we need the worst record
