talent pool is the entire world now, any kid in the world has all the basketball available at the point of a mouse click... now its just a matter of opportunity , work ethic, circumstances and luck....

lottery guys are probably making the hof more than others but thats not because they are more talented but because of the false opinion that they are ...its called ....... bias or something cant exactly recall the name

so they get more opportunity, support, favors, better officiating, more playing time, more second chances etc

The lottery has been pick 1-14 since 1985. That has never changed. U were just too ignorant to understand.

It's extremely rare to find a lebron James at any draft position. Hence to increase your odds u draft in the lottery via tanking or just b outright bad (we r currently here).

Such a simple concept, HoF talent is more likely to be found in the lottery.

The NBA draft only 60 players get drafted. With your logic we can find a HoF talent in the last 40 since they r all alike. Ignoring height and physical attributes.
With that nonsense might as well create a team of undrafted players, it's cheaper.
