bruh, the point is KPJ has no awareness at all.. Green passed that **** back so KPJ could give him the alley. You saw Green see the play; He sped up to receive the ball.

It's the same way KPJ will look at a wide open player, look him off, then do something non sensical and harder to get a bucket.. "but at least he scored." naw, man..

Agreed.

Most playmakers in this league would have made the easy pass back to Jalen for the alley. It was an easy play that was there for the taking.

Tate still scored, but he was a bit behind the play and it was a bit awkward of a pass and that's why Tate's layup looks like that.

If that was a better defender that was actually trying he probably could've kept Tate from scoring there.

While it still counts as an assist I agree with you in that it further illustrates kpj's simple lack of feel for being a lead ball handler.

Jalen actually has a much better feel for playmaking than kpj.

 

Imagine whoever is pulling the strings will somehow determine its better to end the season on a "high note".

I get it, but that play wasn’t that egregious

before watching the clip, I was expecting something like KPJr not passing it at all, smoking the layup, and then not getting back on D…I was expecting much higher levels of fckery the way u set up that clip before I pressed play

 

Normal folks: KPJ lacks the playmaking skills to set his teammate open looks, it's glaringly obvious

Boobythegreat and Double D counters: all these only green folks whining all the time about KPJ, look at his stats: 5 (or more) assists right there w/ TO of 1.

Rinse and repeat this scenario with the last 20+ game, and the last 9 games.

 

Don’t **** this up and win.

 

Time to get back on the road, Rockets. Keep the vets on the bench, and that includes anyone over 25 (except for Mr. Tate) and put only the youngsters on the court. This is the dregs of a terrible season and winning wins us nothing.

Not only do the Rockets win yesterday in blow-out fashion to go to only a game ahead of the worst record... but they play the same G-League team again.

We had 9 games left with a 2 loss lead and now we're facing falling behind after tonight. Not good.
