You need to put the mentally ill and especially the drug addicts into institutions
    because this will happen

which is no different from this

Office Space is actually a reworked treatment of Backdraft, like Cobra and Beverly Hills Cop, or Minority Report and Total Recall II.

"Why are we even here? Houses have never caught on fire before." - Peter Gibbons as portrayed by a pre-Fair Game Billy Baldwin

"Hey you check that stapler for HEAT?!?!?! (explosion)"

let the racial convena-, err, multi-family housing ba-, school district resegrega- uh, homelessness resume.

    Negroes, Indigents, Migrants Banned, eeeeeeYup

Are we sure these aren't Molotov cocktails left over from when a single black family moved into Levittown. Cuz, y'know, in a $20 trillion economy with single-digit interest rates, a global reserve currency, the largest retail sectors and capital markets on the planet, "a house is the only investment" a provisional, conformist bigot can make.
