He stay getting fouled on layups but since he doesn’t act like a baby… the refs don’t call them… Rockets need to send tape to league at end of season …
Beginning of the year this is getting blocked. He is starting to get shiftier in the air rather than trying to go over people all the time
Honestly. It was like 10-30 games into the season for folks to being wild with their analysis on how green career trajectory will play out
The highlights that Jalen is having are superstar highlights. Moderate players don’t look like that. He’s going to be special.
Also, in relation to your point. Tre Mann just had one of his best games of the season last night. 25 points on 19 shots. He looked nice. He is going to be a good player in the league for a long time. BUT All 20 point games are not created equal. For example, just from the perspective of guys we watched in a Rockets uniform, Kevin Martin’s 24 points per game were not the same as James Harden’s or T-Mac’s 26. Tre really excelled driving to get to his midrange and knocking down threes, but he’s not getting all the way to the basket and getting into tight spaces like JG. There’s levels to this.
So what's the consensus at this point in the season on Green? I've read he is behind Cade for ROY but he generally compares to current/past journeymen rather than a super star or all star.
Tre Mann's TS% is 48.7% since the ASB. He shoots more than 13.5 shots per game. It was 49% before the ASB when he was shooting around 8 shots per game. Seems like they just gave an inefficient shooter more shots? I don't know... I don't watch him play.
Narrative already set in. He had a pretty rough start. Man is literally on fire rn and only 5th on the standing. It is what it is. Mobley should win it, stellar stats and a winning team in playoffs. Would b surprised if anyone else wins it.
Wrong one to peep. The spicy takes are in chapter 1 thread. This one most of the haters went back into the hole cause of green recent resurgence
