I said NEVER, in the old NFL the Browns were a power.

The Texans have never been in a Conference Championship game.

The evidence grows that Caserio, like everybody else in the Texans front office, is in over their heads. Two botched head coaching hires, weird restructuring/re-lease of Zach Cunningham, pointless roster churning and now he caves into to this **** deal for Watson. Caserio gets some plaudits for finding a couple decent players in the last draft, but who thinks Davis Mills, or Roy Lopez are real difference makers?

That's cuz the Texans are dumb and would sit him. I woulda forced him to play and fined him for ever game he missed. It's obvious this was about money considering the contract he got. No way he risks losing that kinda $$$ and since he didn't want to play here he woulda waived his NTC and we get a better deal.

He can use just the money he will save during his suspension to make the cases go away. This was quite shrewd.

There isn’t any reasoning with ignorant people.
Rodgers, Brady, Mahomes, Allen, Burrow are all 100% better than Watson. Have done more and just as physically gifted if not more.

Then you have Herbert who is better in every single way than Watson. Then Watson in the Kyler, Lamar, Stafford, Dak range.

    It’s just what it is

Meh, no issues with the return.

The Texans have a stupid amount of draft capital over the next 2 seasons. I fully expect them to f**k it up because it's the Texans, but on paper a ton to work with.

The Browns haven’t been good since most on this board were born.

Do you remember that season? You act like we got blown out. The defense lost him at least 4 games on last second drives. If he left even 15 seconds on the clock the other team could drive all the way down and score.

Not to mention KeKe fumbled twice at the goal line on game winning drives. There is only so much a qb can do. He can't throw catch and run it in by himself.

I remember that season very well.
I have every game in Texans history recorded lol. Watson played from behind often, against soft defenses.

It ain't over. Nick could trade back multiple times in this draft and continue to stockpile picks. This is just one part, plus he gets an opportunity to further clean up the CAP. Everyone just has to be patient with Caserio

Top 11 at worst with your bias "ranking" and that's with not even playing for a year. And u r telling me Watson isn't elite. Keep coping and hoping mills can even sniff Watson jock strap my dude.

Personally I'm good with the return we got. I do expect the Texans will waste the picks because that's what we do, but if done right, this team could be a real force in a few years

    That's at worst.
With your wording Watson could at best b behind 6 qbs and at worst b 11th. That's all without even playing a single snap last season. Quite elite.

Imagine a player that hasn't even played a snap for one whole season and still b rated so highly by a poster who hates him.

    So top 6 is elite?
My guy, that’s only top 20% in the league.
