Dark and Succession may be my two favorite shows ever but never watched The Night Of. But I guess I have to now based on your taste!

The Man in the High Castle is an example of a show that couldn't quite live up to it's great potential. The last season was pretty bad imo.

I'm gonna say 3 shows stand out in my mind more than any other:

    1) Stranger Things
    2) Castlevania
    3) Arcane

Honorable mention to Haunting of Hill House since it was only one season. That and Bly Manor (which wasn't quite as good) stuck with me for a long while).

I need to watch the two House and Manor series.

Arcane was utterly gorgeous but the story wasn't there for me.

Top 2 for me is Ozark and Stranger Things. Both are incredibly different shows but great shows nonetheless.

Castlevania.... nice. I recently rewatched the series and it's one of the best streaming series. The first episode grabs you by the bollocks and hooks you in. I found Isaac's character and arc to be the best.

I loved Castelvania as well I really liked how they let the relationship between Sypha and Trevor seem so natural, sexy, and loving.

I think the ending was a bit of a let down but not terrible, would love to have more adventures.

Issac was a great character as well lots of depth there.

The voice acting was top-notch all around, the accents and voices were all perfect IMO.

Would be interested in a live-action it could be GOT-like and not that hard to pull of IMO.

I agree about the ending, not the strength of the series.

But the voice acting was top notch. They are going to keep going but with new characters.

The child of Sypha and Trevor will continue the next season(s)

    Also loved the animation:

    Does Game of Thrones count?

If it does I would say that is the best one given it's popularity and cultural impact.

    Started in 2011

Also, the last season was a hot ****ing mess which tarnished it's greatness. It should have been at least two seasons more and had GRRM on the payroll to approve all scripts & dialogue.

GoT was on HBO, it didn't originate on streaming.

I would go with Stranger Things, Cobra Kai, and The Boys. Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Picard are pretty good, too.

Bojack Horseman was such an amazing show. There were some real gut punches throughout the show.

I loved the ensemble cast but excluded any shows that didn't or hasn't gone past the first season.

Westworld was so great at the beginning then it completely fell off by season 3....like I thought it was a bigger dropoff than what we saw with GoT.

Just started Righteous Gemstones...anything with Danny McBride is a must.

Honestly, it's been so long since I've watched West World I forgot where it was leading to. Also, a nomination for Barry. Love that show.

    Righteous Gemstones is soooo good.

Interesting about the new series would like to see Mommy and Pappy interact with the son.
