    When the cops don't want to prosecute someone . . .. they are not prosecuted.
    The problem is that at each step in the process . .. disinterest and personal biases can cause a lack of justice

    Cop Adjacent person on the scene tampers with evidence
    Even going into the files later to look up information
    No Autopsy Photos

    I believe such WILLFUL IGNORANCE AND INCOMPETENCE is a part of the racism built into the system
    If you like the perp . .. and don't think he should be prosecuter. . . .just simply f*ck up on purpose
    Don't gather all the evidence . . .. refuse to prosecute

    Cops --> Prosecutors --> Judges
    At each step of that process the biases influences who gets to the next round

    You can get 100 people doing the identical crime
    If the cops in a good mood or likes 50 of them . . .they get a pass while the rest goto the prosecutor
    If the prosecutor is in a good mode or like 25 of those. .. . only 25 of them goto Trial
    If the judge is in a good mood or like 12 of them . . .. only 13 goto Jail
    They all did the exact same crime but only 13 goto Jail . .. . . .. .
    You can all imagine the biases that will decide who those 13 are

    Which is why . . .. your crime statistics mean nothing to me
