    If I'm the Texans the phone call is:
    So these teams are interested. You down with going to them.

    If no, no problem. If yes. Make the the move.

    But in NO WAY do you let him dictate his preference.

    I don't understand the talking to the teams before hand, unless requested by the trade team. This is not his decision to make.

    Not neccesarily. One could actually say it's more or just as important. A good or bad decision on a player can effect the organization for yrs, such as a Jamar Chase or Johnny Manziel, Chase got Cinncy to a Super Bowl and Manziel hampered the Browns for yrs.

    Whereas, David Culley, was one and done and really didn't have an effect either way.

    That could be a good and bad thing.
    Takes another bidder out but puts more stress on Carolina and NO to compete

    Easterby sucks and everyone knows it. The Texans choosing easterby over the franchise qb is a joke and a mistake they will have to live with for 20 years.
