Wow I’m gone for a few months and the same trolls are posting the same nonsense. Besides the fact that TS% is widely considered a better efficiency metric than eFG%, that troll admitted that Edwards’ eFG% went up 10%. So even if you buy the idiotic premise that eFG% is a better metric, he’s still wrong.

As most sane people said before when he was struggling…let’s be patient. Sure enough, here we are.

Weird fun fact: There's been only two members on this board who uses the word "kiddo" extensively. Don't ask me how I found that out but let's just say those two people have a lot of overlapping posting tendencies/personalities

 

so what's your updated opinion about him.. cause i know you have always been harsh about him since we drafted him. i can admit i was ecstatic when we drafted him and then i was really disappointed in him and felt like it was a mistake... but man hes really impressed me ! i just wanted him to have a killer mentality and quit being passive and thats exactly what i am seeing lately

 

I've literally never heard anyone describe those stats that way. TS% is the barometer for scoring efficiency.

 

With a different owner and coach I think this kid could actually be pretty good

I'm risk averse, he seemed risky due to being primarily athleticism.... and those types can be boom or bust.

However, he has really impressed me over the past month, especially in the last game in OT. My concern was that he may never develop properly, but he's showing more right now than I expected him to be capable of at any point in the next year.

As a result, I'm significantly higher on him than I was even a month ago. I'm still not on the superstar bandwagon, but he's looking like a star the past month.
