At best Mobley is MAYBE 10th in DPOY voting (still great for a rookie). Im fairly certain i've read some vegas betting outlooks where he is an afterthought. Im sure his stats are sexy, but he's not as impactful to voters as you might think.

Mobley will get better as will Green. Trying to make proclamations on any rookie so early in their career is not very smart.

I don't need to prove how smart I am.

Take my posts or leave them, makes no nevermind to me.

Archives are there for a reason.

Worry about humbling your own ass first.

    C Alperen Sengun | 6'9" 240
    C/PF Christian Wood
    PF Usman Garuba | 6'8" 240
    SF/PF JaeSean Tate | 6'4" 235
    SF/PF KJ Martin | 6'6" 210
    SG/SF Eric Gordon
    SG Garrison Matthews | 6'5" 205
    SG Jalen Green | 6'6" 185
    SG/PG Josh Christopher | 6'5" 215
    PG/SG Kevin Porter Jr.
    PG Daishen Nix | 6'5" 225

Is who we have under contract for next year. Hoping the italicized players are gone by next season.

First Pick is slotted at #2 and Second BKN Pick is currently slotted at #15. I think what our young core could use most is height/rim-protection, a defensive boost, improved passing/playmaking, and overall, just skilled size (like any team).

    First Pick Options:
    1. Jabari Smith Jr. | PF | Auburn | 6'10" 215 | 19
    - I think he checks the most boxes for us. I don't think he has the singular upside on one end as Chet has on defense, but the fact that he's a 6'10' knockdown shooter who can switch on 3 positions makes him a great fit.
    2. Chet Holmgren | C/PF | Gonzaga | 7'0" 195 | 20
    - I can't deny that his shot-blocking and his Low-USG offensive game would fit in perfectly here. I just worry about his frame.
    3. AJ Griffin | SF/PF | Duke | 6'7" 230 | 18
    - I wouldn't take him Top-3, but if we fall into the 4-6 range, I think Griffin fits well here, as a positionless 2-way player with a lot of growth upside.

    Second Pick Options:
    1. Tari Eason | SF/PF | LSU | 6'8" 220 | 21
    - I think Eason is one of the most underrated prospects, and makes his impact felt on D and offensively. If we take a big first (Chet?), Eason would solidify our frontcourt for the future (Sengun/Holmgren/Eason/Tate/KJ).
    2. Bennedict Mathurin | SG/SF | 6'6" 210 | 20
    - I don't think he slips, and we don't really need another wing, but he's too smooth to pass up if he does, and could play next to Jalen as a 3 with his long wingspan and ability to shoot.
    3. Tyty Washington | PG/SG | 6'3" 190 | Kentucky | 19
    - There aren't many great PGs in this class, and TyTy's not a true floor-general, but his poise/pace tell me that he could play 1 at the next level.
    4a. Kendall Brown | SF/PF | 6'8' 210 | Baylor | 19
    4b. Jeremy Sochan | SF/PF | 6'9" 230 | Baylor | 19

    - If Eason's gone, one of Baylor's Frosh Forwards would be good additions defensively.
    5a. Mark Williams | C | 7'0" 250 | Duke | 20
    5b. Walker Kessler | C | 7'1" 255 | Auburn | 20

    - If we don't take a big 1st, one of these C's would fit. Williams is more athletic, while Kessler can shoot better.
