    1. most of us here dont really care about the wins but how the games are played and who is getting minutes....

    2. this is how minutes should have been distributed from day one...

    3. we got no picks wasting playing time trying to sell danuel house, and thesis...

4 we lost ROY title, endangered and messed up with rookies development by playing shitty vets and lineups by penny pinching and trying to squeeze out pick out of single one of them and failed miserably in that

    5. the difference between the pick we'll get for tanking by playing shitty vets and the pick we would have gotten had we played youngins from day 1 is minuscule when you count how much development is lost and how much picks you have lost by devaluing your vets because of shitty play

6 one of your rookies ie garuba lots his value 100% you cant even get a 2nd rounder for him now

    7. if you played alperen 40 minutes from day 1, the team would have played much better, green or alpi could have won roy and we could have traded some vets for picks because their value would be inflated playing for a good team....

    8. all in all, more is lost by tanking than you could ever hope to recuperate by the better pick youll get....

Makes sense but I gotta say that ROY does mean shet.

Green lost it because of the bad start and his hammy injury which cost him another additional 15 games.

Another coach would have been better for Alperen but suggesting ROY that is a stretch because obviously other rookies were in better situations.

If ROY is your standard then good bye, that award is gone by the All Star break and a low tier award.

Award only goes to one person and it does not validate the entire growth of rookies.

I haven't read the thread yet but surely it's a consensus that this was the most fun game this year

we could have had such a game once or twice a week, and decided to give up on them for the future games that maybe wont even happen...

Props to KJM too. He can be even more valuable if he can shoot the ball and defend more consistently.

Agreed. If he works on those 2 things, he'll be in this league a long time. What's great also is that he sets proper screens.
