Why in the Pflugerville is Eric Gordon playing 30+ minutes when there are rookies who need playing time??

 

As a pro tanking fan this is a win I can get behind. Like seeing the young guards play well in a win.

 

Caught Grizz on back to back but this was a legit W!

Wood, Porter, Green were absolute FIRE.

Rockets organization have been touting these 3 as core of the future, all three finally put complete game at same time.

Green was not shooting it as well as hes been recently but he attacked the basket early like a demon and was CLUTCH in the 4th.

Scoot went insane in the 3rd and scored almost half of that 40 burger quarter.

Wood was the most consistent offensively from start to finish.

 

Strong game from the Rockets but there was some TO i shaked my head.
If the team start to fight every ball they can win much more games. Thats what i said you need guys who go on and then if you hit your shoots you win. I think this team got a lot of Rookies but there must enough guys who can go on.This Team where a Play Off Team if they dont play like pussys all over the Season. Sometimes you must be fouled out. That can be happen if you play aggressive Basketball!!
If you dont let the enemies free shoot so no one can hit with high percentage. Thats what the team does today!

 

Defense in 4th was special, held MEM to 20.

I suspect Grizz also ran out of gas.

 

Aggressive to rim AF.

That is still true......Ja may have had an off game, but he is much more skilled than Green.

He was just as good last night.

 

Jalen Green 's 3 point shot from the right corner in the 4th quarter as the clock was winding down was the biggest highlight of the game for me. When his 3 point shot improves like KPJ , there will be no stopping this kid. His defense is getting better, and he can pass the ball when needed. Jalen was just toying with Ja Morant all game long by finishing strongly at the rim.

He is starting to play like the second pick in this deep draft.

KPJ is obviously a 2 guard who is a secondary passer. I loved how he made his layups. I don't know if Jalen Green and he can co-exist in the long run. Wood is a 6th man PF. He can't stop anyone at the rim, but his rebounding was good. His shooting was excellent and he too was ferocious at the rim. Wood can improve his reputation and his trade value can go up.

Sengun has mini Jokic potential with his extraordinary passing. He needs to get stronger and defend better around the basket.

Last but not least, Josh Christopher is the new EG. He's hungry and he needs more minutes. This is undoubtedly the best win of the season by far. GO HOUSTON ROCKETS!

He's kinda stupid for suggesting that. This kid is rising. Once he gains more lean muscle, it will be very hard to stop him. Jalen Green is more mentally mature than KPJ.

 

I’ve always liked back to backs because I can watch the Rockets 2 days in a row, but this is the first time in recent memory I wish there wasn’t a game today. I want to savior this one a little longer and bask in its infinite beauty.

Unfortunately tonight a game threatens to turn my carriage of euphoria back into a pumpkin of despair lmao

 

One thing that Jalen has and nobody on this team has.......... even HARDEN when he was here.

Jalen really loves big moments / games vs other top tier players. It's something that drives him even more.
