The shooting at Normandale Park happened during a confrontation between an armed homeowner and armed protesters, Portland police said. Officers found one woman dead. Two men and three women were taken to hospital. Their conditions were not released and police did not immediately anyone involved in the shooting. “The scene was extremely chaotic and a number of witnesses were uncooperative with responding officers,” police said in a statement on Sunday.
