Said this several times in the game thread but in transition off a miss when the opposing center is behind Green should run to the middle of the floor and receive the ball. He easily scores while the defense is setting up. There was at least two buckets like that tonight but I counted a lot more opportunities. Our half court offense is terrible, push the pace in transition.
I swear he gets fouled almost every clip....with no foul called Worthless blind zebras....oops, don't want to get fined
Because he is in Houston If Mobley or Scottie Barnes or Cade were drafted by Houston they would be outcasted as well.
Lucas work with speeding up Green's shot and PnR has been a godsend. And Green is a gym rat, cannot teach work ethic.
Weird tweet. "Stat nerds aren't gonna like it..." and then proceeds to show stats. Then he says those stats don't include tonight's game for Jalen, but I think they do. lol. In reality most of the rookies have been playing well during that time period, I think. Cade is coming on though his shot was questionable during that period. Giddey was balling out before he got hurt.
Love that Green is taking the mid range shot more now. If he knocks that down consistently then he can't be stopped.
What a bust He's only 20 Corey Brewer potential "Good athlete" Worst player in the NBA Our best hope is that he becomes a decent player
More important than his point totals is that he has recently been among the best players in our starting lineup, win or lose. That’s a dramatic change from the first half of the season when he was constantly among the worst starters in the lineup. It also takes into account his defense and intangibles. I hope what we’re seeing is a consistent trend that’s fueled by hard work. Yet another article yesterday praising his work ethic makes it undeniable to me. A (formerly) 19 year old with great athleticism, magic touch and lightning speed. Lives at the gym, highly coachable, endless motor. Any competent franchise would call that a home run at #2, the kid is doing his part to be a superstar, it’s all you can ask of him. It’s just one game but really nice to see.
He looked phenomenal tonight. The ROY race should absolutely not be over if he continues to play like this
