Jalen barely touched the ball in the 1st quarter and brought the ball up much more than I can remember seeing during the 2nd quarter. That’s how you get in rhythm. You have to touch the ball. Even if it’s not a shot. Most other games he doesn’t touch the ball much in the flow of the offense. He gets his shots up, but there is a difference.

 

They won 2 in the row and might win a third in a few minutes.

 

Mobley has 9 points and -30 while losing to the measly Hornets.

Is it though? We've been asking for little things like that all season, including staggering minutes. He does it, then goes away from it, then brings it back due to injuries.

 

same body type too. the tutelage will be invaluable since silas is not teaching him anything.

 

Love that. A summer at Camp Morant is in order. Can't wait until JG is introduced to the Chris Brickley's and Drew Hanlen's of the NBA world as well. Get him in the lab w/ T-Mac. Go nuts w/ it.

KPJ is not a PG. He dribbles with his head down. Maybe I’m biased— I really haven’t forgiven that halftime quit-and-split stunt he pulled— and am overly critical of him; whatever, I wouldn’t have much heartburn if he’s playing elsewhere next season.

Not really a problem though.
He's young so defers quite a bit but it also reflects his commitment to playing the team concept.

As he evolves he'll learn to pick his spots more assertively.
