They do sound alike so I guess that makes sense. Figured it was the same guy with at least two accounts but that explains it. @Trader_Jorge is on my shitlist anyways...
I believe that NATO needs to step in at this point. Nations helping in the shadows, sanctions and etc are helpful but this must be stopped. His ideology of restoring the previous era is idiotic and FREE Ukranians and Russians are going to bear the brunt of this. I support the United States and NATO backing Ukraine with manpower. Putin must be stopped and subsequently killed or tried in international courts. What will be next? Poland? Moldovia?
The only thing is that Ukraine isn't a part of NATO. I guess they could be accepted now but that would be just an obvious pretext for sending in troops which might have its own bad PR and propaganda attached. If troops were to be sent, I feel like it might be better done outside of official NATO action.
You can compare it to Iraq except with nukes. Stop him from invading Kuwait is not nearly as hard as getting Hussein on trial for crimes, so that won't happen here, it's insane. We got scam into protecting Kuwait anyways so screw that type war even without nukes.
Good point I guess about NATO forces. Then England/USA/Germany/France must band together and do it. China can get ****** if they dont want to help. Obviously they don't and won't. The fact that we have not stopped Putin in his tracks on this is sad. If they had gone in and the majority of Ukrainians clearly wanted or did not care about being absorbed by Russia then no big deal. However, they clearly want to remain free and it is terrible there is no one there to protect them.
Russia is shifting to the exact tactics they used against Chechnya when their initial strategy failed miserably -- if there was just some way to hit that convoy it would change everything. Otherwise Russia is going to raze everything until the Ukrainians have to surrender consequences be damned.
I have a friend who runs a military intelligence company, and his read of the situation is that if Putin doesn't get a breakthrough success in this war in the next couple of days, that's what will happen within two weeks. But he is extremely ruthless, so who knows what will happen. That's actually one of my biggest concerns - what if he feels backed in a corner and has nothing to lose anymore. The world doesn't really want to depend on one ruthless guy not going on a Kamikaze mission when backed into a corner.
Not sure why there is so much coverage on the thermobaric weapons they have been frequently used by several nations since the 60s in numerous munitions -- the Germans (of course) developed them in WWII. Thermobaric weapons are no more evil than launching a massive rocket barrage on a target.
Yep destroy everything total war.......the convoy is 40 miles long seems like you could rip it up,,,,,with air power or drones. DD
Right so if those Ukranian pilots got those jets with ordinance from Poland seems there is the target. DD
