Weird he didn't mention that. In any case, I watched the whole thing - he never made any kind of pledge to continue working with Russia. He did say the state department would still communicate to Russia when it served the US national security interests. He in fact said as an example, "Just because Russia invaded Ukraine should not give Iran the green light to develop Nukes" So where is this pledge? Seems he is misconstruing the comment to score political points. No wonder he didn't want to mention the name and get called out on it?
