I’m good on him…not a top 15 player and won’t attract other stars to Houston…plus he has 3 years and a PO left on his deal so he would require a ton in a trade if Utah was trading him any time soon

There’s a reason low budget films don’t become blockbusters

Funny that Porzingus was there and could have been had for Wood and Gordon and no deal was done.

Yea there’s a few bro but most end up at Sundance as peak success.

Blair witch too. Just saying we need luck to land a top pick and luck to draft a franchise changer.

cutting costs in the scouting department won’t help

If by bag you mean another star and a solid group of players around him then yeah maybe. He will get paid the same regardless, but wants to win now. I don't think he would want to significantly downgrade his roster. Would really like Donovan here though. My guess is Lakers trade AD and I hope the Rockets do not engage in that at all as their solution to getting a star player.

Haven't seen Ingram play a ton since he was in LA and I had the opportunity to see him live often, he tends to fill up the stat sheet, just have not really associated him with winning games. Unless we get a new coach and get the right guys around him, i feel like it would be more of the same of what he has been his whole career.

Smokey and the bandit says hi.

Smokey and the Bandit was the second-highest-grossing domestic film of 1977, with $126 million against a budget of $4.3 million (only Star Wars made a higher gross that year).

    Grossed almost 30xs the budget!!
    and was obviously incredibly popular

Adjusted for inflation- it grossed $540 million!!

Sales of the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am went up 700%.

@Imanimal, 2017-2018 heard you were interested in possibly trading for a star player.

Haha. Ok y’all tearin up my analogy

imagine if our cut rate film didn’t have a good director, cast, or plot :D

And we also had to beat Star Wars, titanic, Spider-Man, avengers, Batman, Frozen for the same box office money and awards

Just playing........Imma gonna go out on a limb and say the box office numbers would not be that important in this era but Streaming!

(You forgot the writers, IMHO the most or second most relevant ingredient)

The Rockets are going to be up and down for a while depending on who they get in the draft this year.

Porzingus sucks and has a horrible deal with major injury history.
