    I didn't realize just how bad Van Damme's resume is. Bloodsport is great, Universal Soldier is ...OK, beyond that the awful street fighter movie is the only one I remember anything about, and I know that I've seen pretty much all of his late 80's early 90's movies.

    Simon Phoenix, Blade, Willie Mays Hayes, this is no contest

    Snipes is a legitimate actor who is capable of playing an action role. JCVD is an action guy incapable of being a legitimate actor. Advantage - Snipes.

    I also never understood why they would have Van Damme, in all of his Brussels accent glory, play the role of Americans like Guile and Frank Dux.

    Chuck Norris was 52 at the time, looked it and didn't have the physique. Let's be honest, the SF movie was a B movie with lipstick. JCVD was the best they could get for a young, beefy white action star to play Guile in the early 1990s.

    I love some jcvd but the catalog for snipes is better and he’s had multiple great characters
