sure is. it's just a product of morey making moves every year that made people like you expect it to be some massive move every time.

When he finally built his team, it got dismantled in a span of less than 3 years. Next

Still holding out for EGo to
BOS for Richardson + Nesmith + 2024 FRP
    or
MN for Tauren Prince + Jake Layman + 2023 FRP (lotto protected)
    or
PHO for Saric + Jalen Smith + Elfrid Payton + 2024 FRP (top 10 protected)
    or (drum roll)
ATL for John Collins (Rox include Theis + 1 FRP + maybe Augustin for Delon Wright and throw in Nwaba as a kicker with Luwawu-Caboraet coming back our way)

But without no ____, it's still just a wish

    Careful what you wish for.

That is too general a request.

Well, I'm out of one of my meetings and I guess I have to accept the fact that our FO and coaching staff is happy with the team. I think it's a waste, but whatever.

Stone credibility is shot with me regarding these lame ass rumors of there being FRP offers for *insert rocket player here*.

The only options I see are

    Gordon to Phoenix
    Wood to Charlotte
    Wall to Lakers
various other vets for 2nds or absorbing salary

Not good to be so limited, but there’s still time.

Gordon probably cant yield that much because of his contract. Because of his injury problems as well, the first 1,2 are off the table. The pho trade maybe. John Collins? LOL.

yolo, what are you even talking about? expectations were high because Morey made them high. You don't remember "It's an arms race?" you dont remember 4 first round picks for Jimmy Butler etc?

come on man, feels like you just want to argue.

Morey knew the time table. he was all in every year

I have a hard time believing Lebron will just play out this season with Westbrook. No chance he allows that to happen.

Exactly, Rockets need to be doing all they can to get a deal for Lebron.

it's more like what are you talking about. folks around here acting like morey wasn't one of the most active gm's during his entire tenure are kidding themselves

what about it's an arms race? he put together his 17-18 team that got dismantled by the worst owner in the league. he wasn't all all in every year. that makes no sense. He knew very well what his teams ceiling were. again more with the over dramatics. minny wanted PJ included along with the rest of the reported package. that would have been stupid.
