Tell that to the best teams in the league - and midrange is diff than a long 2 … foul line and down .. is better than jacking 6 missed 3 in a row and going from down 5 to down 20
My goal is to have the skinniest team in nba history. I want runway models setting picks. That’s the true key to the championship formula.
I like Jabari and Banchero better, but I still have him 3rd. He's like 10 lbs heavier than Jalen which is concerning
Clyde is smart…he knew the team was about to embark on a journey of pure fckery and L’s and dipped while Craig is calling these beatdowns every night aging in dog years, Clyde is getting his feet rubbed and getting fed grapes
He came in at 225lbs and is now 240lbs - he's gained 15 lbs in what 10+ years? He was always freakishly athletic and strong. You need those leg muscles to protect the joints from the grind of the NBA. That's my opinion of course but seems to be a pattern with big man. I just feel like someone like Chet is a coin flip. You don't see many super skinny guys have long careers. The guys you most often think of - Durant, KG Dirk were more outside players rather than paint musclers especially early in their careers. KG began as a small forward. Dirk never played like a PF. They couldn't. They were amazing athletes of course but I do think that lack of wear and tear early in their careers (not to mention KG wasn't 194lbs coming into the NBA) played a significant role in their longevity. If I draft Chet, I don't start him off as a center until he matures and gets much stronger as crazy as that sounds.
Bricking a ton of long 2's is the best way to end up down 20. They are the worst shot in the game for nearly every player in the league.
It appears we’ve carried that 3rd quarter mentality into the 4th. Keep it up boyz! We’ll have Chet before we know it!
