If he knew he would report it, it only benefits him. By reporting who they are hiring and just saying "per sources" does not reveal anything. I also dont believe he is the only person in all of media to know but no one else, agents, assistant coaches, players, etc. know.

If true it makes his case a complete sham, which after thinking about for a few days, I already started thinking it made little sense with the timing. What happened with him is effed up, but he could have easily waited until after the interview cycle was over to file the case. Just screams temper tantrum that he didn't get his dream job. If he really wanted to coach as he claims, and he turned down a job, no matter how unappealing that job may be, it's hard to believe he's being genuine. [AGAIN, IF TRUE, WHICH IT'S PROBABLY NOT]
