2024 is the draft to want!!

it’s so interesting to me that the same scouting department that said JG clear #2 also traded up to get Sengun and plucked Christopher at 24.

I ignore Garuba because I never liked the pick and think they just felt he was there and it was a lotto that he coins be a game changer defensively and if a miss was worth the swing.

scouting is incredibly hard. See nfl qb scouting as well.

 

I wonder how much coaching (or lack thereof) has to do with his performance (or lack thereof).

 

Hopefully he gets garbage time minutes this game since he’s playing like garbage.

Giannis and KD being tall doesn't make them traditional big men.

 

He looks terrible since KPJ upped his game... Still a believer tho

 

I think scouting is even more difficult nowadays with so many 1-year and high school kids coming out looking like beanpoles. I'm almost going to say drafting some guy that at least looks like a full-grown man may be a better first criteria. lol. I'm still holding out hope on Jalen. We could try for Jalen Part II in this upcoming draft and get Jaden Hardy. He's having problems shooting in the G League, too.

BTW, what's going on in the 2024 draft? We may not have our draft pick that year, but I think we have Brooklyn's. I think our pick is in OKC's hands but it's top 4 protected (?).

Silas is a nice guy though.

 

I think we have to give him another year. I see talent but what a disappointing rookie year. He’s so one-dimensional and he doesn’t seem to shoot consistently well.

like I said, we need to give him another year, but if Stone got this pick wrong we are in big trouble. I don’t want Stone drafting another player if he blew the green pick.

Another godawful game. When Green plays well I’ll be the first to support but right now he’s just bad.

This has got to be rock bottom when all the 19 year olds on the team is on the floor in garbage time and he’s still looking like the worst one on the floor, right???

 

For sure, you never give up on a guy picked that high after only one season no matter how bad they look.

Josh Christopher has looked better than Green for, quite awhile now, no?

 

I like that hes taking a lot of shots and getting playing time. Obviously he has talent so my thinking is hes going to need a year or two to get it clicking. Next year I will be more critical...

 

Then he’s got to play well to dispel those talks. Jalen has done himself no favors these last couple of games. Hope he comes back around sooner rather than later

 

He's def a better player than him at the moment easily
