I want to reserve major criticism till Jalen gets a full regular season and offseason with us, but man does this kid have a lot to learn.

Handles are loose, shot selection needs work, gain 20lbs of muscle and get in the gym with Booker.

i dont think he ever had a jumpshot... he just had a few good games hitting shots like any scrub in nba happens from time to time

the Howdy Dancers are the absolute pinnacle tonight. it's all downhill from here.

 

I’m not against working in form and a shot. But wholesale changes should only be if a person is horrible from the get go and even then, we’re talking about minor minor changes that add up over time.

as I noted early in the season… the entire coaching staff is horrendous. The more stuff they try to practice, the worst they become. Plays. Systems. Shooting. Defense. Turning a player into a position he isn’t. Rebounding. Turnovers.

they either ignore it entirely or try and teach it and make the players worse and more confused.

also… don’t get me wrong, JG is horrible too. It’s not like they turned MJ into crap.

but he’s worse. It’s not just a level of competition thing. He’s not the same player he was in summer league. Wide open shots worse. KPJ worse. KMJ worse. Brooks worse. CWood worse.

the players that aren’t worse… say EG… are the players that haven’t had anything to work on anyway. Tate falls into this category a bit. Sure he has stuff to work on, mainly his 3 pt shot which btw is worse. Otherwise for him it’s just pure hustle and his spin move left side layup which just are what they are.

 

They had a lot of support out there. Was kinda nice to see.

 

we are the worst team in nba or its tanking year whatever why not give sengun 35 minutes a night?

let him have a learning experience.... for gods sake they gave 2 FRPs for him...
he can score at will in the post, let him practice jumpshots midrange and 3s and let him learn the defense....

let him get valuable experience or soon youll be giving him PT just to be able to trade him

 

Just saying countering someone for allegedly being racist by being sexist seems a bit ironic.
