I was beginning to have opinions about all these potential hires but then realized that nobody really knows how they will go. There are so many hires every year and 75% end up fired 3 years later it seems. Flores, Gannon, McCown… whomever. it’ll be who it’ll be, probabilities say they’ll be meh or worse, but maybe it will be great! That’s being a sports fan really. Your favorite team is probably going to blow it… but maybe they get lucky and don’t.
I'm hoping Pep gets the OC job. Although I really liked the job Klint did with Cousins last yr. I wont be upset if Klint gets the Texans OC job.

It doesn’t really matter who they hire. The new HC will get fired in 3-4 years. It ultimately comes down to whether you have a franchise qb or not.
