If you want to find great comics. . . you probably have to look to the obscure stuff . .. If you want something on the level of Manga also Manga artist get paid a ridiculously low amount. Goto Fiverr and try to get some art done check the difference in price between Americans and Asians countries. (Even some European countries. .. ) They can churn it out cheaper Marvel and DC have to stick to a code and are more appealing to 8-15 yr olds Manga appeals to the adults who collected years ago . . . but ends up catching the 8-15 yr olds as well As for Anime For every Attack on Titan . . .their is a Pokemon Rocket River

The great thing about manga is, they are wide ranging... it's not 100% about diversity equity and inclusion nonsense - Hollywood literally cannot make a movie like Godzilla minus one because they have to have a certain demographic of racial representation - and look I am for it believe it or not I want there to be diversity and representation,... but it doesn't have to be an everything that is put out type thing - manga has everything people want and it doesn't exclude anything unlike todays marvel or DC ...manga will have a male dominant character without the Kathleen Kennedy put a chick in it and make her gay and lesbian and lame treatment but they have boy love mangas , they have girl love mangas as well and everything in between.... the point I'm making it is not an agenda driven entity and that's why they're having success. They are driven by what people want. You want a cute waifu harem that appeals to only guys ...no problem , you want something that appeals to other things , exactly no problem A problem, marvel, and DC has is. They are completely changing the formula and disregarding what fans want and the results show
