That's easy. Last season he wasn't the lead guard. This year he is, like it or lump it. He's the one starting the offense so he's the one getting keyed on instead of John Wall.

What a forgettable and boring ass game. I’m guessing they beat Jalen Green with a stick if he shoots too much because I cannot think of any other reason he doesn’t have 15-20 shots in a game like this.

Christopher is quietly becoming a good and valuable NBA player. His defensive upside is huge too…. Credit to Stone, Christopher was the guy he really wanted. Stone has a knack for picking guys out.

This FO and frankly many fans and media are irrationally attached to KPJ. I wish we didn't know his backstory or upbringing, because then we could just talk basketball and make decisions without feeling like we're giving up on a rehabilitation project that we're all supposed to be rooting for. I'm not saying that to be mean, I really do root for the kid. But maybe his future isn't as a starting PG, and I'm not sure why the FO decided so strongly that it had to be.

It's crazy. The best Green minutes come when he is allowed to push the pace and get to the hoop quickly.

Can't do that with KPJ slow rolling it up to run whatever ineffective halfcourt set.

If transitioning to point guard makes him unable to play basketball, maybe we should be getting a point guard and put KPJ at SF.

    Accurate.

Which makes it even worse that he's the best option on the team at PG....at least among the guards. Perhaps we'll pick up a franchise caliber guard in the draft this offseason and that'll help things.

If its not meant to be, it wont be. He wont be extended and at worst we cut him. Its fine. We arent a good team with him out there or not.

Why are we not double teaming Embiid on defense every time?

    Fire Silas!
