Dexter: New Blood

I never don't finish a show I've invested in for multiple years. The lone exception is Dexter, the final season was unwatchable.

 

shame. would have liked for this to be picked up by netflix so john boyega can play dexter

 

Oh good, the sister will take on a role like his dead father..........Cant wait to see it

 

New Blood, New Moon.

 

I just got around to seeing the first episode and it's pretty terrible. I almost always knew exactly what was going to happen before it happened just by constantly thinking "What's the most hacky writing possible right here".

There was also some really cheap CGI that was unintentionally funny.

MAYBE they turn it around, but as of right now, I think they should have just let the show die. It feels like the same terrible writers from the last season picked up where they left off, and maybe got even worse in the years since then.

 

I’m liking it. The CGI is CW level bad though.

Holy **** that finale was terrible.

 

Didn't hate it. Better closure than the previous final season.

 

They teased about the son following his father‘s footsteps.

 

I stopped watching after the 2nd episode, it was just too terrible to invest any time in. I take it the show didn't get any better?

 

I think the show picked up towards the last 4 episodes, but dam I was not expecting THAT last night. Director is not sure if Showtime will pick it up for next year.......I could not get invested in Harrison. Maybe this is one and done, at least this was better then the original ending

 

8 seasons of the original Dexter, Damn I don't know if I could catch up. That's just too many seasons for me.
