Zac Charbonnet at the top of the 3rd would be a steal. I'm hoping Caserio also brings in Mack and signs Jordan Wilkins off of the scrap heap this offseason.

I think once again Houston will be at the bottom of candidate’s choices so I doubt any high caliber potential head coaches like you’ve mentioned would be interested.
True on the looming draft capital, but this franchise is so far down the black hole that it can't be at the top of the list of any talented potential coach or GM with options. This looks like a several year rebuild and in the NFL that exceeds the average coach's lifespan with a franchise as coach overturn is a primary tool franchise's use to sell hope to the fan base customers. It would be a selling point if there was a hot commodity QB available in this year's draft (ala Trevor Lawrence last year), but with this draft sorely lacking in that department the Texans would be selling the potential of Davis Mills which is going to make them the 5th or 6th choice of any head coaching candidate should they decide to move on from Culley. Is what it is
Adding either Hutchinson or Thibodeux will go a long way to making the defense electric. In Lovies scheme you have to generate a rush or get killed on the back end. I thought Greenard did a great job this year - pleasantly surprised and see alot to build on with him. I am high on the LBs and the interior defensive line. Try to get that side of the ball playing at an elite level and focus on offense the following year.
Wait, you want Josh McDaniels and anyone who doesn’t is “crazy nuts who doesn’t know football” but don’t want Brian Flores?
One is a good coach and the other thinks they are some type of Mike Tomlin clone. McDaniels is head and shoulders above Flores as a coaching candidate.
