Definitely going in a direction that might not have happened under Morey.

Matt Bullard in the Front Office is better than broadcasting because he helps the younger players on their 3 Point shot. Josh Christopher 3 Point shot improved already.

Matt Bullard idea was place a ball between Josh Legs and Josh practices his 3 Point shot which worked. Josh had a scissor kick when shooting 3s. Now he looks normal on his 3s.

Alperen Sengun and Usman Garuba hopefully gain confidence on their 3 pointers also.

Gerald Green will help out the Young Guys on the Team, Jalen Green, Josh Christopher, Armoni Brooks, KJ Martin and many more.

So his job is to teach them not to be like him, when he was young, then?

    That makes sense.

Yeah, it's what I expected. Pretty much the John Lucas role, learn from my mistakes kinda coaching. I think it’s a great fit.

He’s the perfect vet for this squad if we can get a spot open after the trade deadline.

Watch him sign a 2 way contact with RGV, they trade Wood and waive a player acquired in the trade.......

Then POOOFFF!!! He's a Rocket again

Green won't play for any other city, so he will go to RGV and sign with the Rockets once Gordon is dealt.

I don't think he's allowed to sign with the rockets this year though right?

I was surprised he retired in the first place. Watching all these washed players getting minutes during the pandemic, I have to think Green could get a hardship contract with a team that could use him and maybe even sneak into a rotation on a contender in need of a shotmaker off the bench. I love him in Houston, and I'd love to see him play here, but if we're not giving him minutes, he should try and play somewhere else while he still has the ability to do so. He can always coach later on in his career if he still wants to.
