Which young player told CWood he sucks?

always smiling while down 20+…obsessed with individual stats and accolades and will cry about needing the ball more if his numbers aren’t looking quite right…having his own actions lead to his benching, then refusing to check back into the game like he’s some established star vet that the coaching staff had done wrong and was trying to embarrass…

Sengun, Tate, or Christopher would be my votes, followed closely by Green.

 

Jalen would be my first guess. Jalen is a chirper on the court and those two have gotten after each other before.

 

Christopher reportedly ran out to shoot before the rest of the team. Id guess Josh but my HOPE is Green.

 

I like Wood but I'd let him walk before signing him to an extension paying over $20m/ yr. Can't believe some people think he's a max guy. Hopefully those supporters are now gone after all this.

 

My money is on Tate. He doesn’t take ****. Didn’t he throw a ball at Harden?

It would be Great if it was Green though. To me, a silver lining in all this has been to see how Green continues to play hard and conduct himself as a professional during all the struggles and pouting.

That’s a mark of a guy who gets it. He is definitely not a knucklehead. His body and game will catch up.

 

Tate is just as old as Wood so I don’t see it as him

My guess is Green. I could see Sengun having the personality for it but don’t see him using a translator to get that message across.

I would guess Green or KMJ.

kmart has a year on the other young guys, maybe felt comfortable standing up. Green has the confidence of a guy that would do the same.

Sengun wasn’t playing in that game so I doubt it’s him. Plus the language barrier.

Tate is the kind of guy that would do it but idk if I’d describe him as one of the “younger players”

 

My theory is that KPJ actually confronted wood.

Primarily as a way to deflect criticism. Similar to when one kid is getting in trouble and then rats on a sibling.

That is great for now, but if your leader is not your best player you aren't generally going anywhere.
