Here are his minutes (and fouls) since Theis stopped being the starter: 16, 3 12, 2 17, 2 13, 4 18, 1 17, 5 14, 2 16, 4 23, 4 25, 5 28, 1 15, 3 22, 4 19, 3 24, 2 20, 3 21, 5 15, 4 You can see in the last 10 games, his minutes are consistently in the low 20s. Before that, it was in the teens. It almost looks like there is a deliberate control of his PT.
its almost like silas is a clueless moron and should be fired...or perhaps hes a cuban planted agent? or a racist? i wonder what it is? perhaps just that vets and their agents are paying him under the table? or did him favors before? perhaps he has a history with alpis agent? or his father maybe.... a lot of unknown... its hard to know whats really the case but some of these scenarios would perfectly explain his madness.. does not look mad to me.... just clueless and unprepared... and certainly not well intentioned...
Yeah but prior to this he was regularly getting 20+ minutes so all you're showing me is that his play time went down, and has since started to come back up.
No. Why? We have been Rockets fans for a long time. We are excited about a unique talent falling into our laps. Who are you to tell us how to feel about this?
Whether they are false or correct - time will tell. But whatever you get out of being a debbie downer, if it makes you feel slightly less miserable, more power to you, kid.
Interestingly, his minutes went down AFTER Theis was benched. I was surprised to see that. I'd always assumed that part of the reasons Sengus's PT was limited was because of the Theis-Wood experiment. I have no clue what it means. Just try to point out the facts.
Maybe it (going back to higher minutes) corresponds to the time that Silas discovered that he can play Wood and Sengun together unlike Wood and Theis.
I just seen a you tube interview with Kevin McHale and he said he like Sengun and he is not as polish as the Joker such as rebounding and Joker played with more control and played slower but he is close to his talent. However, he said the coach needs to let Sengun to play at least 24 minutes a game and go from there. He needs more experience playing against taller athletic guys and quicker guys.....he needs to play
Where can I offensive foul stats, number of offensive fouls commited by a player? I wondered how many offensive fouls Sengun had, I've been googling for half an hour and got nothing.
Sengun has 14 Offensive Fouls out of 106 total. Hover over Headers of a column for abbr explanation. https://www.pbpstats.com/totals/nba...te=2021-10-13&StartType=All&ToDate=2021-12-31 However, that table is a little weird. The rows add up to the Fouls column (which is total), but some of those columns are for Drawn fouls. Not sure if mislabelled or not, but the two offensive foul columns sound complete -- OffC and ChC.
Thank you! this looks fantastic. The rows do not add up to the fouls column(look at Garuba for an easy one), which is normal as you mentioned. The fouls committed also do not add up to total, so there should be some fouls not classified in any of these.
You guys keep trying to push this narrative. It's funny. The rook is still learning how to consistently contribute off the bench. Why not just let him grow and develop and stop projecting undue expectations to assuage your own identity crisis.
