Would be nice if we can get saddiq bey for wood but i doubt they would do it.

Then we draft paolo or jabari at the 4.

I'm actually convinced that the reason the Rockets looked alright in the end is because of Tate...and the reason that is is because Tate is the only guy that has a consistent presence in the paint.

Wood has no paint presence, gets outplayed by any random big that cares to play

Actually come to think of it I'm not sure there is much of a difference between current-day Blake Griffin and Christian Wood.

tate is our best player . He plays the best defense , plays hard every. Single . Minute ... and keeps the ball moving on offense .

wood , has the height and skill .. but is a ball stopper and a total wimp on D . Also he doesn’t play hard but about 1/10th of the time .

Tate is and should be our leader going forward . I’d put him at point .

I actually agree with that. Tate and Ego are the best most consistent players on the team.

We could be fine with KPJ, Green, KMJ, Tate, Sengun starting and playing the majority of the minutes, plus Christopher, Garuba, Mathews, Nwaba.

Just trade everyone else and pick as high as possible next year.

I am of the opinion that the showcase of Wood has not bore any fruits so far.

Still got the same good contract but not really at a high point.

There are couple of players that could do more damage on a contender or playoff contender.

Tate and Gordon are 2 of them.

Ya but Tate is young enough where he could be a key integral part to when the Rockets get good again when Green and Sengun start contributing to winning in a few years. So I'd rather keep him. He can be a much better version of PJ Tucker due to his offensive abilities.

I really like guys like Tate, Brooks, KMJ, Christoper, etc. as role players. One of the reasons I’d like to cash in assets and start competing is too keep those guys. If we build this slowly, they are going to move on. We have a great group of supporting players without a main cast.

Wood is starting to remind me of Ariza the first time around.
