I really like the way he places himself in the first video. The hook is almost impossible to block and his positioning puts him at an advantage for the offensive rebound.

 

Hopefully he'll continue to play well, earn a few minutes and start to emerge as the clear cut starter. The last thing I want to happen is for him not to get there this season, us not trade Wood then draft a big who they then play as a priority alongside Wood whilst pushing Sengod to the bench forever.

I wouldn't go as far as trash, but he's insanely raw considering how people were talking about him pre-draft. He looks lost the vast majority of the time, if any of our picks this year look like potential busts, he's the one.

 

Don’t know why he is with the big club. He needs a full year at RGV or maybe 2. The tools are there, but he needs a lot more coaching and experience.

 

i am ok with the bench if he plays 30+ minutes...some people serve team better off the bench

 

As awkward and unathletic it may look to some people, it works perfectly.

 

That’s the problem. Most people can’t see how athletic you have to be to actually do what he does.

 

And also the fact that there are other skills you can develop that will be very important in determining the outcome. The result is not just a function of how atlethic you are.
